Most manufacturers’ warranties make a service by a licensed technician every 12 months the owner’s responsibility. K2 Protect takes care of it, and every service is recorded against your system.

Most back-to-back installs take a day. The system runs and is tested before we leave.
The indoor and outdoor units sit either side of the same wall, so the pipework runs straight through. Not sure — send a photo of both sides of the wall.
Anything above 4 kW includes one, in the price. Below that we check the switchboard when we quote.
We take it away. Refrigerant is recovered under licence and the unit is recycled. Nothing goes to landfill.
Quotes within a few days — you pick the day. Installation is scheduled once your order is confirmed.
The calculator sizes it from your room. We confirm on site.
