Founder
Kerry Phillips is the founder of K2 Group and the creator of the AIR framework.
Two decades on mine sites, commercial buildings and homes across Queensland taught him two things: what happens when nobody owns a system after it’s installed, and that quality only holds when someone refuses to let it slip, for the customers who rely on it and the technicians who stand behind it.
He started K2 in 2018 as an online air conditioning business, then rebuilt it around one conviction: an air conditioner is an asset, and the air it delivers is part of the job. Today K2 maintains systems across homes, commercial sites and mines, to a standard he wrote and on a platform he built.
