No single law says “service your air conditioning” — but a centre sits under some of the most scrutinised standards going, and they all point one way: documented proof of a safe, healthy environment. Alongside NQS Quality Areas 2 & 3 and your WHS duty of care, AS/NZS 3666 governs microbial control wherever the centre runs ducted or mechanically-ventilated air.
